Offsites
Clear purpose = Motivated teams = Higher performance
Our Approach
With AI redefining how we work, teams are being asked to do more with less and many are struggling. Employees are overworked, confused, and losing trust in leadership. Every organization goes through transitions: layoffs, reorganizations, leadership changes, strategic realignments. How leaders handle those moments determines whether teams come out stronger or fall behind.
❋ The Challenge
Transitions test every team. Without the right support, they leave people overworked, disconnected, and unsure who to trust. Echelon Coaching offsites are designed to turn those transitional moments into a catalyst.
❋ The Process
Each offsite focuses on three areas: reconnecting the team to its purpose, rebuilding trust and healthy team dynamics, and defining what high performance looks like for your specific team.
❋ The Result
Teams leave with a renewed sense of why they show up, clearer direction, and a concrete plan for what's next.

Case Study
New Leadership Transition
A new leader. An uncertain team. Here's how one offsite changed both.
A technology team was struggling with a leadership change at the VP level, feeling uncertain about the new direction and lacking confidence in their new leader.
Before
We designed an offsite that gave the new leader space to build trust, share his vision, and address the team's unspoken concerns. Once trust was established, we moved into a strengths-based session, identifying each team member's individual strengths and how the team could work together more effectively using them, before turning to a strategy session around the year's goals.
During
The team left with renewed confidence in their leader, clear measurable goals for the quarter, and a plan to achieve them. By the closing dinner, the energy in the room had completely shifted.

Remote Team During Crisis
Layoffs. Remote work. Burnout. Here's how one team found their footing again.
A team hit by layoffs and the pressures of remote work during the pandemic was overwhelmed, unmotivated, and struggling to deliver.
Before
We started by creating space for the team to be heard. Once people felt acknowledged, we refocused on goals and clarified expectations for both team members and leadership during the pandemic crisis. From there, we introduced the team to accountability culture and systems theory to help them take ownership and responsibility for their choices, despite the difficult time.
During
The team left feeling lighter, re-engaged, and equipped with a shared framework for accountability that they carried forward long after the offsite ended.

What to expect
Whether you're navigating change or building toward something bigger, we'll design an offsite that moves your team forward.
-
We start by getting to know your team, where you are, what's not working, and what a successful offsite looks like for you. This call shapes everything that follows.
-
For teams navigating significant change, pre-offsite calls with individual members help surface concerns that might not come up in a group setting, and ensure everyone arrives at the offsite ready to engage.
-
Before the offsite, you'll review the full agenda and have the opportunity to provide feedback.
-
A fully facilitated one or two-day experience designed around your team's specific goals, which could include things like rebuilding trust, realigning around a new direction, reigniting motivation after a difficult period or developing strategy around a new company/team objective.
-
We check in after the offsite to see what's landed, what's shifted, and where the team needs continued support to maintain momentum.
-
The offsite is one moment in a longer journey. Continued coaching for the team leader helps sustain the culture and performance gains over time.
-
For teams who want continued accountability, we offer regular group check-ins over the following months to keep the work moving forward.
